The Terrorist Attacks in UK 2017

The recent terrorists attacks are not made by genuine Muslims. The Qu’ran (Koran) forbids such things. The attacks are made by disturbed vicious persons who have hi-jacked a prophet’s name, with the sole aim of feeding their abhorrent desires and starting a war between innocent persons.
We must show the terrorists that their efforts to divide us are futile and that we hold them in contempt. That we will not permit such a thing in our country. That such behaviour only binds us more strongly together in mutual understanding and sympathy.
This is the truth of London and the UK. This street art on Princelet St, has remained untouched for at least 4 years, whilst all the nearby pieces have been painted over with new renditions.
I’ve lived in the east-end of London for most of my adult life. The area has been multi-cultural for more than two hundred years, since the early days of the London Docks. There is mutual respect here because the sane amongst us know that it is morally right, that unity is our greatest strength and that it will prevail.
There is nothing so formidable as Brits who are roused in the defense of right.

I would have hoped for better from Cole. There is nothing in his list that would give any self-respecting jihadi much trouble. For instance Cole begins by asserting that terrorism is above all murder. You could equally plausibly say it is above all jihad, which is very much encouraged in the Koran. Remember Mohammed is the man who said in a famous hadith “I was made victorious by terror”.
6:151 depends on which souls you think Allah made sacrosanct, not infidels according to later verses such as 9:5, the Verse of the Sword.
5:53 (he means 5:32) is not a universal principle but just Allah chiding the Jews for not following his earlier instructions. It should be read in conjunction with the next verse, 5:33, to get the full effect.
2:256 (No compulsion in religion) Cole is wrong, it has been abrogated by 9:5, as have so many reasonable sounding verses. Not only that but in the very next verse Allah threatens all who do not believe in him with hellfire. Wouldn’t you call that compulsion?
We could go through the list but those are enough to show that it is not difficult to give more credence to the later verses sanctioning aggressive warfare against people solely because they are not Muslim.
Also, I see Cole starts by declaring that jihadis are not real Muslims just as you do. Are you aware that you are both practising takfir, declaring Muslims not to be Muslims, which is a speciality of ISIS and one of the things that marks them out from mainstream Islam? Even Al-Azhar University, which is the highest authority in Sunni religious thought, will not do that to ISIS.

The terrorists want us to hate Islam and so generate a war between East and West. To that end, they are using atrocities and issuing distorted versions of Islam. You are either one of their instigators or a sock puppet.
