    • For some unfathomable reason, when I saw the first duck I thought Billy Shears. Glad you enjoyed. 🙂

  4. I’m wondering if these fowl all live in a submarine? Are these photos recent? So vibrant!

    • Yes, they were taken this Tuesday, the first full days sunshine.

      Sing the song now:-

In the town where I was born
Lived a man who sailed to sea
And he told us of his life
      In the land of submarines

      • So we sailed up to the sun
Till we found the sea of green
And we lived beneath the waves
        In our yellow submarine

    • Tuesday this week. A full days sunshine here and warm too. 🙂

I’ve started using manually selected white balance instead of AWB. It makes a difference with this camera.

    • I found out later that it is a Tufted Duck (hasn’t yet got a tuft on it’s head) but there is a duck called a GoldenEye. The first pic is a Ruddy Duck and makes me laugh. Thanks for dropping by. 🙂
